Perceptor is an accomplished scientist and student of Vector Prime.

Vector Prime warmly recalled his students Perceptor, Apelinq, Proxima, and Brainstorm at the Academy of Science and Technology. Perceptor went on to accomplish some important work in a field other than multi-phase dimensional theory. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/11/03

When asked if his students were "offworlders", Vector Prime indicated they were not as the Academy is ~~racist~~ selective.
