- Colonel Breakoff is a human from the Transformers vs. G.I. Joe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

This character or person needs some sort of visual representation. If you have one, please replace this.
Colonel Breakoff has a thing for fingers... Specifically, breaking them one at a time. Whether he does this to obtain information from the Soviet Union's enemies, or simply for the sadistic pleasure of it is unknown. He is part of the horror-themed military team, the Oktober Guard.
