Cyclone Dancer (旋风舞者 Xuánfēng Wǔzhě) is aptly named, for she moves like the wind. While she may not be that strong for a Decepticon, her speed and stealth mean she can be there one moment, and the next be gone, leaving only her opponents' smoldering remains as evidence.
