Out of universe, lack of proper capitalization, grammar. I don't know enough about the game to redo this myself.
Seeker Scout is a mass-produced Decepticon bodyform from the Revenge of the Fallen video game portion of the live-action film continuity family.

Seeker Scouts are Decepticon F/A-18 Hornet jets colored like some Decepticon.
