- Luca is a human from Transformers: Earth Wars of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Luca is much more than a simple archeologist. He is a highly intelligent but ill tempered relic hunter. Blinded by the prospect of finding an artefact that could lead him to great power. Luca is a man with huge ambition and little restraint, but to his credit, he somehow convinced the Decepticons that they need him. In this weird coalition, both parties are utterly convinced THEY are using the ones using the other party, and not being used. Perhaps it's a bit of both… [1]
