Notes
- "Nightmare Fuel" is a term coined by Mystery Science Theater 3000 and popularized by the website TV Tropes to describe horrifying scenes in fiction. The issue in which it is introduced includes an extremely apposite example.
- Nightmare Fuel comes with a picture of the Pretender Skullgrin (formerly thought by fans to be the Liege Maximo but confirmed by Alex Milne in an interview (at 1:48:35) to be Skullgrin) on the bottle.
