Black Out is a Builder from the Beast Wars: Uprising portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Black Out is in charge of SIGINT with his body-mate, Search.

Black Out reported to the other Builders that Grimlock's Resistance cell put out a bounty on the G-Virus. Hot Rod confused him for Blackout when Drillbuster relayed the information to his commander. Micro-Aggressions
