Grid Skavos, located within <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Predacon_%28BW%29" title="Predacon (BW)">Predacon</a> territory, is a barren wasteland, marked by geysers of unstable <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Energon_%28G1%29" title="Energon (G1)">energon</a>. while the name Grid Skavos was given as a best estimate for the pod's landing area by the Predacon computer. This suggests a difference in Maximal and Predacon maps, as a line spoken by <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Scorponok_%28BW%29" title="Scorponok (BW)">Scorponok</a> upon location of the pod ("There it is, just as Megatron said.") indicates that the Predacon computer's estimate was correct.
