:Part of the 9th wave of the Warrior Class line, now sporting the "Combiner Force" subline, Blastwave transforms from a robot to a double-barreled tank of fictional origin. Blastwave himself is a heavy retool of the previous year's Megatronus, with almost the entirety of the figure from the waist up being redesigned to match Blastwave's samurai-like aesthetics and allow for his weapons to be stored. The cannon barrels in tank mode are articulated, and can be removed from the figure's back to used as a hand-held weapon. The figure also has a peg hole on the back of its head meant to store the sword, rather unconvincingly, in tank mode; but it can also be used in conjunction with the cannons to allow for the figure to be displayed in a more offense-focused configuration. | |||
