Megatron (Movie)

Megatron is a Decepticon from the Transformers (2007) continuity family. He is often refered to as Lord Megatron. Known to humans as both "The Ice Man" and "The Mega-Man."

The former Lord High Protector of Cybertron, Megatron became obsessed with possessing the power of the Allspark. He is evil, single-minded in his goals, and tends to become so obsessed with the object of his desire that he can ignore "secondary" matters and glaring flaws in his plans (otherwise, he likely wouldn't have crashed into ice-cold arctic water and spent millions of years as a popsicle).

Megatron once ruled Cybertron side-by-side with Optimus Prime. He got a jones for the Allspark and the war started. When Bumblebee stalled him long enough for it to be launched into space, he tore off Bumblebee's arm and crushed his voice box (but in the friendliest way). He then took off into space after the Allspark, eventually pulling a Skyfire.
