Peptex is a Cybertronian settlement close to the Rust Spot.
Fiction
IDW Generation 1 continuity
Bludgeon intended to execute Orion Pax by strapping him to a shuttle in the Rust Spot and sending it crashing and burning into the nearest settlement, though he wasn't sure if this would be Peptex or Iacon. The Waiting Game
Beast Wars: Uprising
Peptex was largely populated by Predacons. Unsurprisingly, it fell to the Resistance during the Grand Uprising. Safe Spaces
