"Reconstruction" is a post-event branding used by IDW Publishing's Hasbro Universe titles following the conclusion of the "Revolution" crossover. The branding encompasses the debuts of Optimus Prime Lost Light — picking up from where their predecessor series The Transformers and More than Meets the Eye left off — following up on the new status quo in the wake of the crossover. Reconstruction also sees the debut of Revolutionaries, as G.B. Blackrock and Kup join up with a team of cross-factional heroes.

Across other titles, "Reconstruction" tracks the adventures of M.A.S.K., Rom, the Micronauts, and G.I. Joe as they cope with the fallout of the Revolution.
