Julio Lopez, codenamed Gulliver, is an agent of M.A.S.K., functioning as the driver of the Rhino vehicle.

During M.A.S.K.'s mission engaging the Autobots Kup and Aileron at Mount Olympus, Lopez drove the Rhino along with Bruno Sheppard. Lopez pinches his IDW stuff from several other M.A.S.K guys: Gulliver was original the codename for Calhoun Burns and the Rhino was driven by Alex "Megabyte" Sector.
