Von Joy is a Guardian from the GoBots continuity family.

Professor (sometimes Baron) Von Joy is the resident scientific expert of the heroic Guardians.

In an unstable Iocus reality engineered by the machinations of Sideways and Gong, GoBots were mixed in with Transformers. In this version of history, Sparky and Professor Von Joy replaced Windcharger and Wheeljack.
