Praxus-Delta was the location of a notable battle during the war between the evil Autobots and heroic Decepticons on Cybertron. It probably has something to do with Praxus.

Shattered Glass
During the battle at Praxus-Delta, Optimus Prime hired Rodimus's band of mercenaries, the Wreckers, to fight on the Autobots' side. Unfortunately, every single Wrecker except Rodimus ended up getting killed by the Decepticons.
