- Toby Muldoon is a human from the Hearts of Steel portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Toby Muldoon is the young son of Tobias and Kitty Muldoon, and brother of Katherine Muldoon. He has a healthy interest in giant transforming robots.

When Tobias and Kitty went out taking a walk one night, Kitty brought the two babies along because they were restless. The pair encountered a driver-less streetcar that turned out to be Bumblebee. Toby was woken and Kitty picked him up so he could see the giant robot. He managed to say Bumblebee's name. Infestation 2: The Transformers #1
"Strange Visitors" establishes that events identical to those of Hearts of Steel and Infestation 2 occur in the 2005 IDW continuity; however, they happened to Maximal explorers brainwashed by Shockwave into believing they were the Autobots and Decepticons of the Great War.
