Mikey Kelley (born November 14, 1973) is an American voice actor. He's best known as Michelangelo in TMNT, Bill McLemore in Scooby-Doo & The Cyber Chase, David Carter in Invasion America, Silver Surfer in Marvel Super Hero Squad, Kamandi in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Alastor in Viewtiful Joe and the original voice of Ratchet in the very first Ratchet & Clank video game.
In addition to voice acting, he was the announcer for Toon Disney.
