| This article is about the Marvel UK artist. For the actor who played Scourge in the 2001 Robots in Disguise cartoon, see Barry Stigler. |

Barry Kitson is a British artist and writer. After starting out with Marvel UK, he moved on to DC, and penciled a number of their highest-profile books, including JLA: Year One, The Adventures of Superman, and Legion of Super-Heroes. He is currently Marvel-exclusive, and has drawn The Order and Amazing Spider-Man for them.
Kitson's penultimate work was also a story he helped plot, Robot Buster! Simon Furman would later recall that this was an attempt to try and keep Kitson, who didn't enjoy drawing the robots, interested in working on the title. (It didn't work!) The two-parter was essentially thought of as being done "for Barry" in the offices. [1]
