Anthony "Tony" Hale (born September 30, 1970) is an American actor and comedian. He is probably best known for his role as Buster Bluth on the American comedy series Arrested Development and also known for playing Gary Walsh on the HBO comedy series Veep, which earned him two Emmys. In the world of voice acting, he played Ross the Minion Pig in 2016's The Angry Birds Movie, The Joker in 2018's Batman Ninja and Forky in 2019's Toy Story 4.
