- Vector Oracle is a Mini-Con from the Generation 1 and Aligned continuity families.
The Vector Oracle (ベクターオラクル Bekutā Orakuru) is an Arms Micron. He's green!

He was offered at Japanese ToysЯUs stores for purchasing 3,000 yen of Transformers toys on February 25 of 2012, and was limited to 4000 pieces.
- This mold was also used to make Rocketbot, Shattered Glass Krunix and Nebulon, United Nightstick (Artfire's partner), and Tornado.

He's a gift with the purchase of Dark of the Moon toys, but is both advertised on TakaraTomy's Prime portion of the Transformers site, and is specifically labeled an "Arms Micron", a (so far) Prime-only group. Complicating matters, his instructions show his weapon mode being held by United Kup.
