Rundown is a Caretaker Mini-Con, of a kind (and friends with) Fixit.

Rundown was friends with Fixit on Cybertron. At some point before the launch of the prison ship Alchemor, Rundown was upgraded alongside his friends Toolbox, Flowchart, and Schematic. Decepticon Island (Part 1)
