Arthee "Art" Baltazar (born in 1968) is an American comic book illustrator and writer. After creating his own comics and a stint with Warner Bros., he's most known for his work with DC Comics. He frequently works with writer Franco Aureliani and the two created the Eisner Award-winning Tiny Titans, as well as Superman Family Adventures and others. Baltazar wrote, illustrated and lettered the Revolution spoof, Aw Yeah Revolution!
