Ryō Motohira (もとひら 了 Motohira Ryō) is a Japanese writer born in 1954. Among other things, he has previously worked on Doraemon and Crayon Shin Chan.
Motohira was the script editor for Transformers: Armada, and wrote several of the most significant episodes, including the three-part opening and the final two episodes.
