Captain Jim Kirk leads the crew of the USS Enterprise on their five-year mission to explore strange new worlds, seek out new life and new civilizations, and boldly go where no man has gone before.

Kirk and Spock were trapped in detention by Dr. Mayhem, along with a number of others. After witnessing a number of failed escape attempts on the part of their fellow captives, Kirk and Spock simply had Dr. Mayhem transported to an alien planet, and subsequently shared a victory high-five in the corridor outside the classroom.
