When the Cybertron from the Functionist Universe threatened the primary universe, the crew of the Lost Light realized that they needed to use twelve Matrixes on the planet's twelve hot spots in order to destroy the Functionist Council and stop their onslaught. Ratchet and Drift subsequently headed to Vespertine Blue, where they were met with resistance from the Functionists' forces. After a rousing speech from Rodimus, they were able to open the Matrix, sending its energies to Vector Sigma and obliterating the Functionist Council. A Spark Among Embers
