*Fastback's toy representation is the result of a network of homage connections. Transformers (2007)

  • Crosshairs (Scout Class, 2008)
    • Accessories: Crane boom/rifle, spare tire halves, Autobot-type energon star
The 2007 movie line Crosshairs figure was repurposed as Shattered Glass Fastback.
Transformers Crosshairs is part of the "AllSpark Power" series of Target-exclusive Scout Class toys, the fourth wave of Target-exclusive Scouts. He is a redeco of the Energon series Strongarm toy, transforming into a Cybertronic jeep. He has a clear-plastic "energon" crane-boom/rifle and spare tire which can combine to form a large axe. His molded Autobot faction symbol is unpainted, while he has a Sector Seven symbol just below.
This mold was also used to make the BotCon 2005-exclusive Fallback, and fellow 2007 movie line exclusive Strongarm (who himself was repurposed as Shattered Glass Brawn). The axe mold was separated and used for multiple Takara promotional energon weapons, as well as being released in reddish-orange with the Japanese "Wild" redeco of Energon Ironhide.

Notes

  • Fastback's toy representation is the result of a network of homage connections. Generation 1 Brawn was retooled into Generation 1 Outback, who later received an altered-color homage as Fastback. Shattered Glass Brawn was later repurposed from 2007 movie line Strongarm, a redeco of Energon Strongarm. Thus Shattered Glass Fastback is a repurposing of 2007 movie line Crosshairs, another redeco of Energon Strongarm, so as to share a body-type with Shattered Glass Brawn.
