Arcee was present during Megatron's speech to the masses when he was unveiling the Decepticons. Megatron Is My Hero In a memory manipulated by Shockwave, Arcee was present at Optimus' announcement where the AllSpark was found near the Ark and cheered on with the rest of the crew. Sabotage
