Tiretread joined the crew of the Lost Light at an unspecified time. After the second launch, he was approached by Getaway and/or Atomizer who asked if he would stand with them if they mutinied against Megatron and he responded in the affirmative.
When the Protectobots and Mirage returned to the Lost Light following the Combiner Wars, they held a private meeting in Swerve's to discuss the crew's suspicious behaviour.
