Ben Ward (born July 4, 1970, in Brighton, England) is a television writer. Just prior to working on Transformers, he was the head writer on the remake of Danger Mouse. During the 90s, he primarily worked on comedy shows, but later began to write for children's television including The Basil Brush Show, Horrible Histories, M.I.High, and Scream Street. He is the lead writer on Transformers: Rescue Bots Academy.
