Rock Swagger is a member of the Lost Bots from BotBots.

A-well, if you, uh, wanna rock out with the hippin'est, happin'est, boppin'est BotBot of 'em all, look no further, then Rock Swagger. This groovy cat was a big star back in the day, and now he's back on the road with his new band, "Swagger and the Cybers," a band that you can't help falling in love with.
