The Ark-1 Memorial Grounds are a location from the IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Ark-1 Memorial Grounds is a site on Cybertron dedicated to the lost crew of the Ark-1. It is dominated by a monument to the ship with a memorial plaque naming its crew members.

Fiction

IDW Generation 1 continuity

After his speech at the Grand Imperium, security officer Orion Pax was arrested by Sentinel Prime in the years prior to the Great War. However, he was freed by a member of the Cybertronian Senate who asked to meet with him at the Memorial Grounds. Once there, the Senator confessed that the assassination of Nominus Prime was the work of a faction within the Senate who sought to tap into the power of the Creation Matrix. He warned Pax that a war was coming and that battle lines were being drawn whereupon he urged him to return to his life as a cop. Chaos Theory Part 2 Orion Pax later took Ratchet with him for another secret rendezvous with the Senator at the Memorial Grounds. Post Hoc
