2005 IDW continuity
Before the war, Tiretread was a racer alongside Mirage. Full Circle
Tiretread joined the crew of the Lost Light at an unspecified time. After the second launch, he was approached by Getaway and/or Atomizer who asked if he would stand with them if they mutinied against Megatron and he responded in the affirmative.
When the Protectobots and Mirage returned to the Lost Light following the Combiner Wars, they held a private meeting in Swerve's to discuss the crew's suspicious behaviour. Mirage was incensed by First Aid accusing their friends of lying to them noting the close friends he had in the crew, Tiretread among them. Full Circle
