Rada Mor is inhabitated by sentient explosives. Or at least that's what Megatron calls them, but one should keep in mind that his statements may not be politically correct.

Fiction

2005 IDW continuity

During the war, Optimus Prime and his Autobots defended the local population of Rada Mor from Megatron's Decepticons. Megatron lost badly, and was practically reduced to cinders once the battle was over. Chaos Theory Part 1 The Wreckers were also involved, with Broadside making a "desperate gamble" involving "psychic explosives", a thrilling tale that would later be chronicled by Fisitron. Bullets
