After several years of collecting, I finally own all 332 issues of the Marvel UK comic. And I'm still absurdly proud of the fact that I'm name-checked in it as a competition winner.

Child of the 80s; first-generation Transformers fan; first-generation (2006-ish) TFWiki editor, third class.

My first encounter with Transformers was from watching season 1 of the cartoon on Wacaday on UK television in 1985. My main interest is the original toyline and associated media: mainly the (UK) comic books and the toys, but also the cartoon - which I finally watched in its entirety in 2001. I followed most of the Dreamwave continuity, and the entirety of the 2005 and 2019 IDW continuities. On a more modern note, I quite enjoyed the 2007 film (but preferred Bumblebee) and think Transformers Animated is fantastic.

I don't have an enormous amount of mega-detailed Transformers expertise (except as regards the Marvel UK comic), but I am a decent copy-editor. Most of my contributions here consist of minor edits, wording fixes, typo-corrections and the like, which I make as I come across pages that need tweaking. I might very occasionally indulge in a little captioning.

I've set up an archive of Transformers-related newspaper articles here, which I occasionally add to.

And I'm still absurdly proud of the fact that I'm name-checked in the Marvel UK comic as a competition winner.
