War for Cybertron: Siege
- Autobot Greenlight & Dazzlestrike (Multi-pack, 2019)
- ID number: WFC-S15
- Accessories: Slashing "Fire Blast" effect
- Siege Dazzlestrike is a repaint of the single-packed Battle Master Lionizer, using the same plastics but having green paint on the blade, as well as a number of other small applications and color changes. Dazzlestrike transforms from robotic lion with a back-mounted blaster cannon into the "Shadowsteel Iceblade". The cannon can also fold down and act as a much bigger tail. As a part of the C.O.M.B.A.T. System, its weapon mode can be attached to any toy with a 5 mm post-hole. Thanks to the handle being on a swivel-joint, its weapon mode can also be mounted perpendicularly, such as on a robot's forearm or on the side/top of a vehicle mode, without sticking straight out and looking ridiculous. Thanks to the C.O.M.B.A.T. System, the back of the blade has a 3 mm post where the "Fire Blast" piece would attach.
- The figure includes a new "Fire Blast" effect piece to simulate a fiery slashing attack (odd for an "Iceblade"), clipping onto the back side of the blade or the handle in beast mode, simulating a pounce effect. Dazzlestrike is packaged with Greenlight.
- This set was only available via Amazon Prime in the United States and Canada, but was released at general retail in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Notes
- The figure's name is spelled "Dazlestrike" with one "z" on the front of the packaging, whereas on the back and in the instructions, it's spelled "Dazzlestrike" with a double "z". We're operating under the assumption that the spelling that makes more sense is the correct one, and the other one is a typo. (The official product descriptions on Amazon US and Amazon Canada also spell it with a double "z".)
- Dazzlestrike's box-art is recycled from Lionizer's.
