One of the human supervillains who menaces Detroit in the near future, Angry Archer bears a strong resemblence to the traditional portrayal of Robin Hood. He presumably uses his skills with a bow and arrow in his criminal schemes, and presumably does not run real fast, spit acid, or look good in a pimp suit.
