Transform-ups are a minor punishment from the Animated continuity family.

A transform-up is a minor punishment for misbehaving Autobot boot camp cadets. It involves the Transformer being forced to lie in a prone position and rapidly transform to and from their alternate mode. Generally enforced en masse, it is similar in effect to push-ups in humans.
