Fancy Flutter is a member of the Sugar Shocks from BotBots.

Fancy Flutter is well known for throwing the fanciest mischief parties, and he expects his partygoers to adhere strictly to his four golden rules of mischief party etiquette:

1- You MUST RSVP!

2- Be punctual and show up on time!

3- Please show up clean and in working order!

4- Don't be a mischief hog!

If you don't follow his rules, you will be asked to leave and probably will never be invited to one of his fancy shindigs ever again!

Part of the fourth series of BotBots, Fancy Flutter transforms from a macaron into some form of winged creature. Stock photography shows extra pink paint applications on his tail which is not present on the final toy.

He is available in both of the "Gumball Machine Surprise Unboxing" 6-packs.

The first pack includes: Crumbly Yumbly and Smore N' More in clear capsules, with Disaster Master, Goldsferatu, and Movie Munchster and Fancy Flutter in opaque capsules, with four more capsules containing stickers.

The second pack includes: Frostfetti Frostyface and Smore N' More appear in clear capsules, with Fancy Flutter, Game Older, Goldenberry D'uhnut, and King Cubano in opaque capsules, and again four capsules containing stickers.

Both of these sets are "recommended minimum buys" to get a complete set of Series 4 BotBots.
