Hervé Jolly, sometimes credited as Hervé Joly (b. ???) is a French actor and voice actor. His resume goes back to the 1960s, but perhaps the only internationally-known work was the French dub of Mysterious Cities of Gold.
He also is the French voice of Mark Harmon in NCIS since 2003.
