François Siener is a French actor active in theater, TV series and dubbing.
As a voice actor, he is one of the French voices of M. C. Gainey, Ron Perlman, Lance Henriksen and Sam Elliott. In Japanese animation, he is mostly known as Gonta in Pom Poko, Seijirô Inui in Paprika, Joseph Joestar in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and Gonza in Princess Mononoke.
He is also the French voice of the narrator in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.
