Thibaut Delmotte (b. July 17, 1987) is a Belgian actor and theater director.
He obtained a master's degree in Dramatic Art from the Mons Conservatory in 2009. Active in theater (both playing and directing), short films, advertising, animation and dubbing, he is mostly known as the French voice of Dipper Pines in Gravity Falls, Morty Smith in Rick and Morty, Riccardo Di Rigo in Inazuma Eleven and Lem in Pokémon, but he also provided some additional voices for other famous titles including Beyblade, Digimon and Naruto.
