In this alternate reality where the Functionist Council ruled Cybertron, the female protester adopted a body based on Rung, the "Useless One" idolized by opponents of the Functionist regime. - More than Meets the Eye #36 does not expound on why the protester has a feminine appearance in a timeline where Cybertron never re-established contact with its colonies; in light of later revelations concerning Lug, Anode, and Arcee, however, we can safely assume that she is probably one of the rare transgender Cybertronians Anode alluded to in Lost Light #9.
