Planned as a Go-Bot item for Generation 2, this toy ultimately went unreleased. The police car Go-Bot has through-axle construction to allow for super-fast rolling in car mode. Like his fellow "new"-mold teammates, his rifle stores under his car mode.

This mold was used to make Robots in Disguise Prowl 2 and the 2003 Universe version of Generation 1 Prowl as well as the 2003 Universe version of Robots in Disguise Prowl.

• This character proceeded far enough along in development to receive dedicated package art, which would eventually be published in Legacy: The Art of Transformers Packaging, alongside those of Rumble, "GTP Racer", and "Black Viper".
