The People's Liberation Army Paranormal Taskforce is a special unit of China's military, the People's Liberation Army. They're good at fighting Decepticons.

The People's Liberation Army Paranormal Taskforce consisted of anti-Cybertronian equipment designer Dr. Li Shaoshao, expert pilot Colonel Qian Zilong, and martial artist and mysticist Special Agent "Cancer". After a series of battles between the Autobot Spy Changers and the Decepticon Go-Bots, the Paranormal Taskforce set an ambush for them at an Arbco science conference in Wuhan, China.
