- Prowl is a Autobot from the Wings Universe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Prowl is a clone of Prowl, commanding the Prowl drones in service to Jhiaxus's vision of a Cybertronian Empire.

Prowl attended his creator when Jhiaxus went to Cybertron to issue an ultimatum to the remaining resistance and Megaplex: leave the planet or be destroyed. Termination
Prowl stood next to Jhiaxus as the latter ordered the Sandstorm drones to execute Strika and Obsidian on the battlefield. A Common Foe
Toys
Machine Wars
- Prowl (Basic Class, 1997)
- Accessories: 2-part rifle
- Sharing a mold with Mirage, Prowl transforms into a Formula-1 race car, and converts to robot mode with a spring-loaded, one-step transformation. His rifle-halves store in his legs in car mode. He—and the entire Machine Wars line—was available only at KB Toys stores.
- Prowl's usual function is strategist, but, in an ironic twist, in this first non-police car form he's described as chief of security.
- This mold was also used to make Robots in Disguise Skid-Z.
Notes
- He's not the only Prowl who leads an army of clones of himself.
- The BotCon 2014 redeco of Classics Mirage almost became Machine Wars Prowl, but it ended up being replaced by Machine Wars Mirage.[1]
