- He sometimes says no at the end of his sentences, no?
- Volk's dialogue is peppered with Old Malignus, which is identical to Portuguese, in reference to the original Volks being a Brazilian redeco of Bumblebee, with whom he shares a body type.
- Bill Forster wrote Volks, Tap-Out, and Glyph's bios, and linked them by writing "like they were having some high-school drama".[2]
