The Pilesaber (パイルセイバー Pairuseibā) is the personal blade of Hardhead.

- The Pilesaber came only with Hardhead, a retool of the original Dinobot toy. Hardhead's tail detaches and separates to form a gear-powered spinning-blade weapon, while the central "tail bone" separates to be used as the Pilesaber.
- This mold was also used to make the swords for Beast Wars Grimlock, Beast Machines Dinotron, and Dinobots Grimlock,
