- A redeco of Energon Perceptor, Windcharger combines the three Mini-Cons Accel, Screw, and Throttle into a single robot mode. He was never sold as a set; he could only be completed by getting all three individual Mini-Cons from different Japanese in-store promotions over the course of 2004.
- The same mold(s) is(are) used by Heavy Metal.
Notes
- Unusually for a Japanese Unicron Trilogy character, Windcharger reuses the English version of a legacy Generation 1 name, in this case that of Windcharger, rather than the corresponding Japanese version "Charger".
