Nightscream was an unassuming and nebbish Mini-Con, who worked for the Mini-Con Council of Sages as a costs accountant. That is, until Nightcruz was found by Nightscream in the process of stealing combiner data from the Council. Instead of doing the right thing and reporting him to his superiors, Nightscream helped him steal the data, and from that day on, he worked with Nightcruz and Rapid Run as a spy and an accountant.
