Transformers Encore is the latest series of Generation One reissues to be released from Takara. The toys are packaged similarly to their G1-styled boxes, and the toys themselves are very close to the original releases. Six figures have been released so far, with four in the wings. The first four were released in October 2006, while Ratchet and Ironhide were released December of the same year.
